R2 has developed it’s own mobile pipe lining system especially for the marine sector. Our mobile and lightweight Midi coater machine allows our skilled engineers to travel to the shipyard or vessel to carry out the repairs.
Typical dn range from 38mm to 203mm. Ideally suited where access is difficult in the repair of Black, Grey, Potable, Scuppers, Vents (Both fuel and fresh Air) Ballast tanks and on board fire suppression systems, The epoxies we use are all Marine approved and all our engineers are fully insured and trained to work on board vessels.
